01、Repair acceptance

Customers submit repair requests online/offline/by phone, explaining the fault symptoms, equipment model, usage scenario, contact person, and address.
Customer service registers the work order, verifies the information, preliminarily determines the type of fault, whether it is under warranty, and the charging standard.
Confirm the service time and make an appointment for on-site/shipping/factory repair methods.

02. Fault detection and evaluation

Maintenance personnel visit/receive equipment, conduct visual inspection, power on/disassembly comprehensive testing.
Accurately locate the cause of the malfunction, damaged components, estimate repair time, and calculate the cost of parts and labor.
Synchronize the testing results and quotation with the customer, and start the repair after the customer confirms and agrees; If the customer gives up, the equipment will be returned to the original route.

03. Maintenance work

Compliant replacement of original/compliant accessories, standardized operation of disassembly, debugging, and cleaning.
Handle fault issues and simultaneously investigate similar hidden dangers (such as circuits, aging parts, etc.).
Take full protective measures throughout the process to avoid secondary damage.

04. Acceptance testing

After the repair is completed, multiple power ups and comprehensive functional tests are conducted to ensure that the fault is completely resolved and the equipment operates normally.
On site demonstration operation, inform customers of usage precautions and maintenance suggestions.
Customer on-site inspection confirms no issues.

05. Settlement filing

Settle maintenance costs (parts, labor hours, on-site fees, etc.), issue receipts and maintenance documents.
Notify the maintenance warranty period and after-sales support policy.
Closed loop archiving of work orders and retention of maintenance records.

06. After sales follow-up

After sales customer service conducts regular follow-up visits to understand the usage of the equipment.
Answer follow-up usage questions, handle after-sales issues, and collect service evaluations.
